THEORY: The police actions at the 2010 Toronto G20 conference were no accident and by no means spontaneous. They were well planned and organized as a means of testing current crowd control & detention techniques. These will become increasingly more important to maintaining power as the fabric of western civilization continues to unravel. The G20 was a perfect testing ground because they knew there would be a large number of people ("protestors") present for their forces to work with. World governments are preparing for major social unrest by using events such as this to test the efficacy of their tools and techniques. The so-called "riots" were implicitly encouraged in order to provide motivation to bring in their forces to work over the regular folks attempting peaceful assembly.
